We take pride in the quality of our products and we want you to love every piece you receive, but if your items isn’t the right fit, we offer returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Requirements:

To protect the quality of our products and ensure fairness to all customers, please note that we can only accept items that meet the following criteria:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • Unstained (no makeup, deodorant, oil, fake tan or perfume marks)

  • No smells (including perfume, smoke or body odour)

  • No pet hair or lint

  • Labels still attached

  • Original packaging where applicable

  • No damage or alterations made by customer

Any items that do not meet these standards will not be eligible for a refund.

Can I exchange my item?

Yes, as long as the item meets our return criteria. We can exchange for a different size or send out a replacement.

How do I make a return?

How long does a refund take?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3-7 working days.
